 Recognizing the Cycles,

that no longer serve,

Is but the process,

Of Learning to Observe.

The Effort never wasted,

When One makes the time,

To Release and to Heal,

Discovering the Self, Divine.

The stuff we all carry,

The experiences recieved,

Creating the lessons,

That help us achieve.

As we Learn to Let Go,

The Authentic Self Shines,

Dispelling the Shadows,

Fears disappearing, one at a time.
