Each Day we Awake,

Each Day we Arise,

Each Day we are Given,

Life to Recognize.

Learn to Look in the Mirror,

And Meet who you See,

With Loving Forgiveness,

And The Courage to BE.

 The Kinder we Learn,

To BE to Our Self,

The More Kindness we have,

To share with the World.

Moment by Moment,

With Practice it Takes,

But Low and BEhold,

The SELF will Awake.

This Expanding Awareness,

Helps create Harmony,

Allowing room for  Joy to flow in,

As we Uncover our “Self Ceremony”
